Today, the fourth generation of the Jones family is driving the business to new global heights that the founder, Henry Jones, likely never could have imagined back in 1882 when he founded a company to serve the packaging needs of the Canadian pharmacy market.

Jones Box & Label was formally incorporated as a company in 1920 and the next generation of the Jones family had the foresight to secure a partnership with the emerging and rapidly developing pharmaceutical industry. In 1988, as the list of consumer-based and pharmaceutical customers continued to grow, Jones kept one step ahead, acquiring a folding carton operation in Guelph, Ontario to support the substantial growth of business.

In 1996, the name of the company was changed to Jones Packaging to more accurately reflect the broad spectrum of products they manufactured.

A state-of-the-art packaging facility in London, Ontario was built in 1999 and is the headquarters of operations for Jones Packaging, servicing a multitude of national and international firms.

Continuing with a clear vision to expand into new areas of printing and packaging, Jones Packaging now enjoys a global reputation for meeting their customers’ needs.
